I had purchased the computer hardware parts & assembled, installation the computer from Zip Infotech, SCO-94-95, Ground Floor, Sector-34 A, Chandigarh - 160022 , India on dated 11-10-2010. I have a copy of hand written bill on his shop's letter-pad with item's description/details, date and amount & owner signature.

Never visit on this shop you may be cheated by them. They are big cheaters.

1) He installed the low cost, faulty motherboard in the system Model Number - ASUS M4A78LT-M LE When I asked him to replace the new faulty motherboard. He denied to replace the motherboard and asked it will be repaired by the service centre. But I told him I purchased a new motherboard, you should replace it. But he didn't listen to me. After that I went to service centre & requested to replace the faulty motherboard. At last a number of requests I got replaced the motherboard from the asus service centre.

2) The shop owner cheated me by taking the excessive amount Rs. 800/-. He fraudulently given me a low cost motherboard Model Number - ASUS M4A78LT-M LE which cost is Rs. 2850/- and charged Rs. 3650/- for the higher model number. When I came to know same motherboard price from his nearby shops. They told me that I have paid the amount for higher model & zip infotech shop keeper given me a low cost motherboard. After that I talked with the shop owner & asked him to refund the over charged amount Rs. 800/- or give me a higher model of motherboard for which you have taken the amount. But, he refused to refund the over charged amount & denied to replace the low cost motherboard with higher model motherboard for which I had paid the amount.

They are big cheaters & liars.

3) He installed the unlicensed pirated Windows, MS-office in the computer which crashed within 2 days. When I asked him my computer windows has been crashed. He again installed the pirated Microsoft Software's in the system. He installs the pirated, unlicensed windows software's in a number of computers and charged between Rs. 250/- to Rs. 400/-

Please take an immediate action against them so that piracy can be controlled and no one can be fraudulently cheated by them. My friend suggested me to approach you so that I can get back over-charged amount Rs. 800/- which he fraudulently taken from me.

Never visit on this shop you may be cheated by them. They fraudulently install the low cost components/parts and charged for the higher model.
