ION EXCHANGE INDIA LTD - ZeroB RO Emrald different taste & smell in water purifier

We have bought ZeroB EMRALD Rs.14999 on 15/10/11 from Premchand ********05 of ION EXCHANGE INDIA LTD. When he approached us with the proposal he was very friendly sales guy. But after 9 months & regularly complaining for different taste & smell in water he or zeroB havenot attended my calls.

Initially service people just cleaned the RO machine for 3times , then some service guys requested to complaint in the company for taste analysis. Mr. Prem nor his company service guys have visited for last 40days. Worst they say taste analysis does not happen.

When u call up tollfree they just say we will escalate the call & nothing happens. I had reminded on tollfree nos on 10/7/12 & 15/7/12, as usual the same reply.

We have complained from the time of installation recent complaint no 104128528 on 4th June, 104128528 on 28th june, then on 104129798 on 5th July have yet not been attended by any service person.

Now when I try calling Premchand he disconnects my line when reminded multiple times for the same, retrying his mobile does not accept calls

Probably we made mistake of buying zerob RO, other company should have worked better or maybe better service centre support

I would recommend not to buy ZeroB since service & support is not upto a level.

All I expect from ZeroB is simple service support & assurance by testing water that taste & smell problems are removed by Emrald Ro water purifier.
