We took group medical policy from ICICIlombard and fill up details properly in the form, but they entered wrong Birth Date, Address (entered as Mumbai instead of Pune) not only for me but for all people in our group and now they said wrong data was sent by you only and need to give Rs 250/ also they have not settle claim submitted by one of my colleague also executive of company are very rude now they are not even pick up the phone.
