I have gone for rectifying my mobile handset samsung galaxy Y for 2 times at different samsung service centres , firstly at bareilly and they told me that there is only a problem in display and it can only be rectified by replacing the old display with new one. After that i also shown the same handset to vasundhara service centre, they are telling that there is a problem in its motherboard, means earlier one is telling that the problem is in display and the other one is telling problem of motherboard.
So i am unable to understand this freak , either u are not recruiting the properly trained personnel or you are not giving sufficient salary to your employees, so they are bound to make their extra payment through the customers . This is not the only case of mine it is as usual with every customer , and they are the victim of your monopoly.
The case , i am telling you is of service centre in vasundhara, ghaziabad uttar pradesh. The guy named '' TUSHAR '' talked in ill mannered by saying that '' ja ja jo karna hai kar lena'' after i told him that i will make a complaint against him.
So kindly do something in this matter otherwise i have to go upto higher authorities for the same.
