For canceling my train ticket for Jabalpur to Delhi (26/8/11) I took the token no. at 7:01 PM (25/8/11) whereas departure time of the train was 7:10 PM. In this way I'd applied 24 hrs before departure of the train, man in counter cut 25% of total fare. I was right in my side so only reservation charges should be cut by the railway. My request is that please provide me back the appropriate amount.
