Respected Sir/Madam,
I registered with your firm “Visahouse-Delhi office (706-707, A-09, GD ITL, Northex Tower, Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi-110034)†on 14 September 2013 for Maters program from Germany after paying a registration charge of Rs. 16875 in total. At the time of registration, Ms. Diksha Aggarwal (Team Leader) did not convey me any further charges for visahouse for the whole process. It was told to take IELTS only. It was said that the application would be for summer intake-2014. Visahouse will be sending applications to five universities, out of which 2 will be of my choice. Ms. Sapna Chauhan (Senior Operations Executive) was looking upon my case. On 15 January 2014 Ms. Jasdip Kaur took over my case as Ms. Sapna was on leave and provided with an invoice from Berlin International College.
Firstly, representing team and filing team had no communications at all. Secondly, the list of colleges provided was also not as promised. Most of them consisted courses starting only in winter-2014. In December, I sent the refined criteria for selection of universities, then also, I was provided universities without proper search from your side. Lastly I received application of 2 universities, namely for University of Stuttgart and University of Siegen. Out of which I filled and sent the application for University of Stuttgart (COMMAS) back to you on January 9, 2014. I also supplied you with each and every document.
Grievances:
1- On 26 December 2013 it was conveyed to me about the courier charges of Rs. 10000, which was not told earlier at any stage.
2- On 15 January 2014 I visited visahouse and had a conversation with Mr. Ajay Aggarwal (Branch Manager) regarding these matters. He told me then that they were processing application through Berlin International College’s (BIC) pathway program. I received an invoice from visahouse on 1 February 2014 which was for Mr. Rajat Batra for submitting the application fee. When I demanded an invoice on my name, they simply said “BIC doesn’t issue invoice on the name of a particular studentâ€. Further, he also added that invoice is issued after the application fee is deposited.
When I crosschecked these facts with the concerned college, unfortunately, it came all wrong and I also forwarded the same conversation to Mr. Ajay Aggarwal. Kindly check your e-mail conversations with me.
3- On 04 March, when I had a telephonic conversation with Mr. Ajay Aggarwal, so as why BIC cannot provide an invoice he said “BIC refused to admit you as you mailed them and enquired about the application and wrote to take some legal action against visahouse.â€
Mr. Ajay said that the admission is done through their office in UK. Also upon asking what the name of the firm is, he denied to answer. He also added college does not admit such student who mails them. He also failed to give any written proof or e-mails from the college about the cause leading to non-acceptance of the place.
So, the process was nothing alike as explained to me earlier and a lot of misrepresentation of facts were observed. A lot of time already has been wasted from your side.
Kindly, look into this matter. It is a serious matter to deal with. Also, let me know at the earliest what you can do to resolve this issue. Otherwise, I am bound to take some strict action against this act.
