Hi Respective team,
I have taken used car loan from HDFC where i have submitted all the documents initially along with Original RC and Original Insurance Card.
Once loan is disbursed, they took more than 2 months time to return back my RC in my name with hypothication by HDFC.
There are two things which i would like to bring to your notice.
1. Marketing Team did not given back the original Insurance copy submitted and they say that i have not given it.. Even i was not knowing that i should take a written statement from the executive that i have submitted the documents..
2. On the original Insurance Card, my name was written wrong, where i have complained immediately. but till date no body responded and they are playing around me like any thing since 2 months again..
Your Senior Manager Sudarshana ********48 knows about it and i brought to her notice also. She promissed many times that i will send the executive but later did not. Worst experience. I will not suggest any body to HDFC car Loans at all.
Though i have references, i said not to go for HDFC at all.
Is there any body who can take care of my case or should i loose hope on HDFC service.
