I had registered a complaint against Chandra Hyundai Coimbatore on 14-02-2017. My complaint id is 1-********5. I received my car yesterday where the service adviser said to check for 2 days if its fine he will place the order for the particular part from OEM and he will replace it under warranty. But still am facing the issues where I checked with the Service Adviser he speaks as if what he says is right and he is not worried on my concern. Next while I left my car for service the Fuel gauge was pointing more than half tank and when I took back yesterday the fuel gauge was just more than quarter tank. My concern is why should I bear the fuel expense for something where the error is on Hyundai. I had went to the showroom for same issue for more than 5 times where my fuel expense more than Rs.1500. Who will bare this expense for me. And why should I bare it. I also told the Adviser Car should be clean when you give delivery because I gave the car very clean but the car was dirty. I called your call center for the same issue yesterday, your agent said the concern person will call me back by today morning but still no one turned up. My issue is not rectified still. Am not getting proper repose from your Service station also. Whether you can resolve my issue or shall I go for an exchange with Ford Aspire? and shall I face the issue legally. Answer to me clearly because I m finding the Hyundai to be worst with the service provided by Chandra Hyundai. I had referred 3 of my friends to Hyundai even I converted one Suzuki Brezza to Creta. But I don't know the response will be this much worst. I NEED A CLEAR PICTURE ON MY ISSUE AND THE ISSUE SHOULD BE RECTIFIED ASAP. AND I NEED COMPENSATION FOR THE SAME FROM YOUR SIDE FOR THE ISSUE WHAT YOU HAD MADE AND WHAT I HAD UNDERGONE. OR I WILL LODGE A COMPLAINT LEGALLY.
