And for installation they said we will send by wednesday, then on wednesday, they said thursday, on thursday they said you are scheduled for friday and on friday they said sunday, today sunday they say sunday not working.

WHY SHOULD THE REPRESENTATIVES LIE ??? - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE , I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM VIVEKS AGAIN AND I WILL SHARE MY EXPERIENCE ONLINE TOO IN CONSUMER FORUMS.

THE COMPANY IS MAKING CRORES OF PROFIT CANT THEY EMPLOY FEW MORE TECHNICIANS FOR FEW THOUSANDS AND GIVE AT LEAST A NORMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ???
