Dear Team,

Hi I am Rahul Pareek from Ahmedabad . I was using a Vodafone number (********77) from past 3 years which was on my sisters (Rachana Pareek) name but unfortunately there was a problem in sim card, So I went to the Vodafone store at Shivraniini Square Ahmedabad for the solution so there was executive name Raj who was assisting me for the ownership change and updating address. First of all he was not having any knowledge about it he has not given any information about the process he has taken all the related documents and collected INR 300 as service charge and told me that sim will be activated in 48 hours. I waited for 48 hours but sim not got activate so I again went to the same store and I was assisted by a executive name Kaushal and he told me that there is outstanding of INR 341 and he asked me to pay INR 400 for the activation as it was getting delay because of outstanding amount. I have made the payment of INR 400 and he said it will get activated in 24 hours but even after completing of 24 hours it not got activated . so I went to the store for the 3rd time and again he said it will take 24 hours as you executive has not sent the request on time.

I am not at all satisfied with you companies service. You guys are worst in it and you don’t have staff who are educated and know how to assist a customer and give me the correct solution. Iam paying you guys you are not giving me service for free and the way your people were behaving it was looking like they doing obligation on me by assisting me. It’s been 72 hours and my sim is not activated iam facing a huge loss in my business because of it. If it doesn’t get activate by todays evening I will take this case forward and lodge a complaint against you all.
