Respected sir/Mam ,

My self Anish Mishra . I have an A/c with punjab national bank having a/c no 0********5328420. I want to draw your kind attention towards my transaction held in pnb atm on 11th april.
On 11th april 2015 I went to pnb atm for withdrawing 10000 rs. But before my transaction is completed atm screen became white and shows connection time out . But after few minutes a message will appear on my phone that my 10000 rs is debited . But I didn't get any cash .

After 5 minutes I call on customer care and told him about this thing they provided me with complaint no i.e A010109773 and told me wait for 7 days . After 7 days resolution come and the reply was that 'Transaction found sucesseul claim is rejected ' I am shocked to see that statement .

On 6th may I visited to shakurpur branch in delhi . The sr. Manager told me write an application . Then I wrote the application but on 8th may I went to shakurpur branch again the Sr. Manger told me that this Atm is under private companies so they unable to provide me the cctv footage .

Sir , after that I am contact with my bank manger in kathua name Ajay kaul (bo0744@pnb.co.in) .They assured me that my money is refunded, but after 10days a mail has come from their side in which it is written "transaction found sucessful claim is rejected ".

After that I mailed Branch manager (bo0744@pnb.co.in ) regarding cctv footage and also forwarded the mail to complaint13@pnb.co.in , and other many mails also . But no reply from their side.

But I contact to Mr. Ajay kaul my branch manger they told me we still try to get the cctv footage but on 23rd sept A MAIL COME IN WHICH IT IS WRITTEN THAT "NO CCTV FOOTAGE IS AVAILABLE "
plz help me guyst i didn"t get any response . olz help me
I AM ALSO SEND THE COMPLAINT TO BANKING OMBUSMAN AND RESERVE BANK OF INDIA .But didn"t get any positive reply
