I had bought a Videocon mobile phone V1655,whose IMEI is********5001797 and ********0001792. at first after around 2-3 months, the hand set had some problem with the display but the service centre excutive said that the warranty does not cover the LCD display so I covered the repairs by cash but after repairs I found that the USB connection was also not working and after a few weeks the display was working just fine but the touch sreen was not working so,i took the set for repairs again and after checking the service cetre excutives said that they will replace my handset but after waiting for nearly 3 months they gave me my same handset with the touchscreen working but the USB connection not working and they charged me a very high price for the service and when I complained the excutives were very rude so, i had to pay for a very poor service again and again. i feel it is not right for any reputed company like yours to make a consumer pay for a service twice which was not done when the handset was still under warranty.
