I live near a plot owned by bsnl, they have abandoned it since last 20 yrs. It has become a huge garbage dump. during the monsoons it is a health hazard. we have complained several times to the local nagar nigam. nobody takes responsibility.

Complainant's Goal: i want bsnl to take responsibility for maintaining cleanliness on its plot.
