Hi

I, R.Ayyappanathan, Since i am travelling out of the town i applied TC for my son (A.Adityanathan) on 10th march 2014 who is studying in I std A sec in The Pupil (Saveetha Eco School) located in Chennai. But they are saying to pay the first term fee (25000 INR) for next academic year and get the TC or continue studying in same school, till that the TC will not provided and claims this is their school policy

How i could leave my family here? Is there is any rule to pay the next academic year fees before? Is it necessary to pay the first term fees for getting the TC?

I have more expenses while moving out of city, in this condition provide me it is must to pay twice the fee for my son

Kindly provide me a solution
