I ordered 2 samsung 20800mah power banks through whakky on 18 august,2017. but when i received my package the power banks are not properly working,so i returned the package and ask for refund, for the first few days they said we will refund you within 3-4 working days or the process of refund will be start soon. but after many days still i didnt got my refund, then i again call to customer care and mail them back.then got reply from them that they will refund my money before or on 8th november. Today is 8th november but still there is no update . I need my refund back.Please look into this matter.
