Respected Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to the employee /Staff of railway(Western).
Today(12/08/2010 Time :8:30 A.M) when i wanted monthly pass from dadar to andheri I gave him Rs.100.In return I should have got Rs.5 back.I was made to wait for 10 minutes on the counter as the ticketer was not having change and even i ws not having.I did not mind to wait and I waited there for 10 mins without uttering a word..But after 10 mins I saw the men is having change and he got more by the other peolple standing in the queue,i asked for the same but he refused to give me.I asked him with respect but he refused 2 give.In turn he started to shout and started using foul/bad language.He said do watever you want.He even said why do u want to take monthly pass,as if he does not know it depends on we passengers and our needs.How does it matter to him??.
Is this the way the staff should work or react.Being a responsible citizen I am bringing this to your notice hoping that you will take some action against this kind of illeterate people.
The persons name was Mr.Godbole(Dadar Station Platform number 1 towards virar side ticket counter).
