I purchased web hosting platinum plan for 3 years last year. For one year there is no problem, now they said they going to migrate server, so that sites will not available for 2 days. But 2 weeks gone we can't able to access web server and files. They simply saying no issue from our end. We can't do anything kindly help us regarding. Thanks in advance
