We got charged twice for the same number with different dates ---- You use clay sim cards once but you land up paying twice for the same number and on different dates. We’d used a clay sim card in London from 1st September and returned it on the 15th September. We got our first bill on the 30th that charged us for something close to 10,876/- rs and then we got another bill on 1st Oct that was froom the 19th Sept till the 25th Sept and we were again charged for 7000/- rs. And without our knowledge they directly charged the credit card and when I called their support team to question them on this, they said the sysyetm had my credit details against the number and thus charged likewise. Not once did he sound apologetic or admitted their mistake, instead was straight in saying such things happen so I don’t need to worry, since I will get my refund in a few days. Not worried about the refund, but look at their attitude!! Make a mistake atleast admit it. Such poor and pathetic services! Will ensure atleast that everyone I know, never use their services in the furture.
