Reliance Telecomunication - We are not gettings actually Customer Service

I am satyabrat moharana. I m from Bhubneswar, Orissa. My mobile number is ********66, on 19th jan Balance deduct Rs.10 from my main account. when i called up the Reliance Cst care, the agent said that srvice is activated from our side, but i am not activated this service. then i said that its ok. Then The Agent said that he will deactivate the service within 24hrs but allready 72 hrs gone the service is not deactivated and when i am calling cst care for deactivate the service they said that service has been deactivated. but it is no deactivated. same this happend with me before 1 month pls help me ragarding that.
