We are providing the Real Estate Agency services in and around Mumbai.

But our worst experience is with LODHA GROUP. wherein we have given 4 to 5 clients , who have purchase the property at Casa Bella Gold project at Dombivali.

But now when it's there turn to pay the agency commission they are showing their bad faces . Inspite of fulfilling their huge documents requirement and after millions of followup to 1000 different employees the response after 1 year is "Please followup with Mr X (one from the vicious cycle)"

Is it that such a big group have no intention to pay or they don't have money to pay ??

Now, should we spend years in the court to get the agency commission ??
