On 4rth January 2019 I searched for seimens washing machine service online and I found a link that had this numbers 0********21/ 0********51. A lady picked up the phone , when I asked if theirs was an authorised service centre she said yes and took the complaint . She sent an SMS with the engineer name as Syed and number +********5602. This engineer sent two other persons to our house to check the machine . Those guys claimed that the front panel parts are gone ,needs to be replaced .they said they will take the parts find the replacement and then confirm to us. We believed and gave the parts .

After that I have been calling that engineer multiple times . Initially he used to say that they will come and get some more parts and fix outside and bring them but we got suspicious and refused and asked him to return the parts. Now Niether the online numbers nor the engineer numbers are picking up the calls in spite of calling innumerable times.This is equivalent to fraud and theft.

Each time the online number +********5188 picks up when they realise it is me they hung up on me and I have still not got back my washing machine parts.
