Sir,
I submitted my digital camera Model number A850 under the warranty for repair at their Wazirpur (North Delhi) service centre on 23/11/2011 with a service request number CTL0032DL (D2) . The person Mr. Tajinder Singh after checking the camera accepted it and told us for the power problem in it.
Now that guy is saying that its lens is broken so has to be replaced. Sir, as per my understanding all the service centers before accepting anything check for the physical damage and tell you in advance. How come in this case he is saying that lens is broken because if that was the case then he should have told us in advance? Because as per my knowledge the lens were not broken when we gave him the camera.
Now they are saying that i have to pay for the repair thing. this is a clear case of cheating and false information by them.
