I would have still forgiven them for this had their services been good. It was a mistake that we opted for a freedom sim card from Roam1Mobile and when it stopped working in Malaysia, i was kept on hold by their customer care for 30 minutes, clearly they didnt care cz they weren’t paying for that call,instead were getting paid from my side, to help me resolve issues for a product i bought from them...
