I would like to bring it to your notice that I did raise an service request - W1150******** to fix the display crack (Internal issue), but your team is saying that it is a physical damage, but not sure on what basis are you validating it, when there is not even a scratch on the handset and I have been saying the same thing to everyone that there is no damage (any external pressure). But I did provide my feedback that there was not a physical damage from my end and the reason for this may be the bent of the handset which should not have happened and if this the reason then Sony should take the ownership and repair it. But your team is not ready to accept it as a fact. And not allowing me to meet Sony head office team to discuss this issue.
I have been provided with a Letter from R-Logic, saying this was provide by Sony Head office India and canot repair it in Warranty.
