While refunding the PF amount on superannuation on 31-07-2010 from ARCI (EPF No. AP/24193/147, only partial amount has been sent to my savings bank account and the volentary contribution part along with PF recovered for 2nd installment of 6 CPC was not refunded. A new letter, giving pertinent details and also duly attested by Accounts officer, ARCI, Hyderbaad, sent to Regional PF office, Barkatpura, Hyderbad along with the advanced stampled receipt, and the courier tracking informs that it was received in PF office on November 11, 2010. Most unfortunate, no refund made till date to my Savings Bank account till date. Request immediate action.
