Vodafone Pune - VODAPHONE iPhone service not activated even after a week of payment

I got a new sim on Monday 22/11/2010 and it was activated the same day after a couple of hours. I recharged it and activated the iPhone service for my phone. The amount of 100 as monthly rental was deducted from my phone instantly. But till date I do not have a data plan on my iPhone. I did went to a VODAPHONE customer care on Baner Road, Pune and all I was told was that it will be activated soon.
Please resolve this matter immediately or I ll just prefer to switch to another provider. Let me know if this can be resolved ASAP.
