VODAFONE Bangalore - Vodafone Postpaid Billing Dispute

Hi, I am Rajat Kumar Roy being a Vodafone customer since last 5 years .I use two connection i.e ********28 and ********57.

I have given a plan change request in the month of September 1st week 2010,which should be reflected in next billing cycle that on 25th Sep 2010.But bill for the month Sep -Oct 2010 was calculated as per old tariff plan.When i contacted to Maniganadan at Vodafone store ITPL he told me the request was given on Oct 2010 and it will reflect from next billing cycle.

Then i asked him to provide me the request form which i had submitted where as he was unable to provide the same .Then i contacted to Vodafone corporate care centre and explained all the details .They are neither able to provide me the request form nor the bill calculated as per the new plan.

Today someone from Vodafone named Narmada contacted me about the bill payment then i have explained everything to her and request her to send the bill details for both above mentioned number.I am requesting them again and again since last one month and no one is coming forward to sort out the issue rather than demanding for the bill payment.
