I M REGULARY DOING FOLLOW UP FROM MY SIDE BUT TILL TODAY I HAVENT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM THERE SIDE REGARDING QUERY BEING RAISED BY ME ABOUT CHARGES OF SMS SHOWN IN MY LAST BILL AS PER MAIL ATTACHED ALONG WITH THIS COMPLAINT.

KINDLY TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION ON THE MATTER AT EARLIEST

REMINDER - I

I REFER TO MY MAIL DATED 31.01.2011 WHEREIN I ASKED EXPLANATION REGARDING SMS CHARGES OF RS.161 BEING CHARGED UNDER MY LAST BILL.

TILL NOW I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY REPLY FROM YOUR SIDE. I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE PAYMENT OF BILL WHICH KINDLY BE TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION.

FURTHER, I WANT TO KNOW UNDER WHICH HEAD THESE CHARGES ARE SHOWN IN MY BILL. AS I M REGULAR CUSTOMER WITH U FROM LAST 2 YEAR WITH MONTHLY BILL OF AROUND RS.500/- AS NOWADAYS THERE IS OPTION OF MOBILE PORTABILITY AVAILABLE WITH ME.

DEAR SIR.

I RECEIVED VODAFONE BILL FOR MY VODAFONE NO.********26 WHEREIN I FEEL SMS CHARGES SHOWN IN MY BILL ARE TOO MUCH OR ON HIGHER SIDE.

I HAVE ALREADY OPTED FOR 350 SMS PACK FOR RS.35 UNDER MY VODAFONE BILL. INSPITE OF THAT MY SMS CHARGES SHOWN AS RS.284/- OUT OF ONLY RS.123/- WAS CONSIDERED UNDER SMS PACK WHEREAS I M BEING CHARGED RS.161/- IN MY BILL.

KINDLY CONSIDER MY QUERY & REPLY TO MY QUERY AT EARLIEST OR DEDUCT THE ADTL. SMS CHARGE AMOUNT FROM MY BILL IN ORDER TO PAY THE BILL IN TIME.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ME A CHANCE TO TAKE ANY SERIOUS ACTION OVER THE ISSUE.

Complainant's Goal: TO TEACH A LESSON TO VODAFONE THAT THEY CANT CHARGE ANY AMOUNT IN THEIR BILLS.
