1. The Builder has built the Building in total violation of Approved Plan.
2. Possession was given to owners in July 13
3. Parking slots not allotted till date.
4. Safety norms completely violated.
5. May issues raised by owners are not being addressed w.r.t quality of construction.
6. OC not issued.
7. No lighting in common areas and ladies cannot work in darkness as anything can happen to them.
8. Lodged an online complaint with BBMP but the engineer is hand in glove. my name was disclosed to builder and i was threatened at gun point to withdraw my complaint. I cannot approach police as I may not get justice due to strong nexus between builder and government bodies.
