Non-complaince of labour norms
Travel Bee, 401, Mittal Towers, M G Road, Bangalore recruits people for jobs that do not exist and they force to do higher jobs (to gain on salary) and whenever they do not need any resource, MD will find some excuse to terminate without notice. The company usually do not ask for any documents and neither that they issue offer letter or relieving letter.

MD, Santosh Kumar is known to abuse employees, especially, female employees. He is running other subsidiaries in Bangalore such as Lee Capitals and in Trivandrum such as Add Software Solutions.

So beware of this company while you are called upon. Please insist on offer letter and the job descriptions in clarity.
