Hello Sir,

I purchased Videocon Washing Machine: DigiPacific 5.5 kg from Big Bazaar, Old Madras Road, Bangalore on August 15, 2010

I had complaint of drum filter broken and not starting immediately on Switch ON within first two months of Service
I reported to Customer Service Number and technician visited home and repaired

The problem of continuous water intake during rinse, the machine not able to sense water level and the Washing Cycle not getting completed were found again February 2011
I reported the Complaint again on February 14, 2011. Complaint # BAN1402110047
Technician came for inspection and informed that PCB need to be replaced

I waited for week for response but as I did not hear anything from Service centre or Videocon; I called up Customer Care again
I was told that the new parts are recieved from Aurangabad factory and will take 2 weeks
I had to check myself again with no response till 3 weeks
The Complaint was just escalated and no response from Videocon Service Centre or Tantra World (Local Bangalore Service Center)

I am continuously trying to follow-up for more than month now but there is no initiative from Videocon Service Center
And I am just getting same answers from Customer Service, I find no action on ground right now
I am helpless and find myself fooled by the Company after-service and bad product
I would like to have it repaired immediately or like to have replacement or even refund and return of the Machine
I am not at all satisfied with the Product with 3 problems within 6 months of purchase and Service centers not responding well and prompt!

Kindly look into the matter and let me know if you are going to take any action regarding this issue
