Hi sir my name is Vishal Parikh and I have purchased a Videocon Dish Tv worth rupees 1050 dated on 11th November 2012 from hypercity ,Link road, Malad West, Mumbai and they Give Set Top Box On same day without any installation. They Promise to Installation Dish Tv on 24 Hrs .till they dont Install & complained about all these to the store manager at hypercity he said this is not our responsbility , This is Videocon Company Responsibility so I have been fed up off running and requesting those peoples and more ever the way they are speaking is totaly disgusting and even he is saying watever you want to do you can do it.....is dis the way these managers are trained to deliver customer satisfaction . So now I am requesting you peoples to take an immediate action and replace both the towers or other wise I will knock the door of consumer court .
