I had booked 3 plots in Jaipur with Vian Infrastructure Ltd in 2006. I had made full payments for the same and got the property registered in January 2009. Till date I have not received the possession of the property. I came to know that there are several cases filed and pending against them, not only for Jaipur but also in other places.

I urgently need a either the possession of the plots, or my money back as per the current valuation of the plots. The pot details can be provided on request.
