i had complained for as my geyser was not working complaint no 1311000145 electrician came and checked the gyeser but he was not having the filament for replacement he told he will come next day i told first call me before coming. After 2-3 days he called me i told him that i have repaired the gyeser from some other electrician as he didnt come next day as told by him after listening this he started saying very rudly -why you have not called me i told i dont want to talk to you he starting using very rude language and dare me to see ,he was using mb no-********93. This is not the way to talk to customer and i expect you will take this matter very seriously.

I have purchased your CG Hiflo Aveia Pedestal Fan with Remote Control on Nov 2014, i ve missed warranty Card. But now fan is not working. Even i have called so many times for customer toll free number but phone is getting so much of busy. So kindly send me a technician for repair
