Medplus Pharmacy - VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF MEDPLUS PHARMACIST

I normally take medicine from MEDPLUS PHARMACY IN MAHAJATINAGAR,BIRATI KOLKATA-700051.
Monthly requirement coomes to Rs. 5000/- approx

On 28/08/13 I went to the shop and asked for medicines for my requirement.

The pharmacist present was extremely rude (Mr. Nirmal ) and he behaved in most uncouth way which prompted me to leave the shop.

I am very very upset by the behaviour of the staff & will never go to MEDPLUS & recommend the same to my friends & others.

MEDPLUS is avery very bad pharamcy & suitable action is being requested to protect the CUSTOMER RIGHTS.

I am Barun Kumar Biswas I went to buy some medicine Frome your shop at Lenin garh bazar Chand pur while atonu was on duty . His behaviour is very very rude being exchange he refused me to give medicine and told me go I will not you medicine then I told him I will complain against you and he replied me you do what you want I don't care . I request to the area manager please take strictly step against him thank you

I am PRABHAKARA Rao regular customer for MedPlus Patamata, Vijayawada and buying medicines about 10k per month. Today around 10.45pm visited the shop and asked for some medicine and he said it's closed. I requested that being a regular customer try to give the medicine. He simply refused and also rudely said that that r"egular customer ledu bochu ledu". Better give some traing and how to behave with customers before appointing.
My contact no ********83, track my purchases during last 2years. Request you to take necessary action to avoid this kind of complaint and to keep the reputation of MedPlus.

Visited MEDPLUS PHARMACY VIVEKANANDA NAGAR COLONY, KUKATPALLY HYDERABAD, asked for 6 tablets of Predmet 8, SALESGIRL bought the tablets of two different strips 4 nos,and 2 nos., So I asked for a fresh strip of tablets to check it's expiry date, hearing this the SALESGIRL SPOKE VERY RUDE SAID HOW MANY TIMES WILL YOU TELL ME TO BRING THE MEDICINE, even the STORE INCHARGE who was present in the store was very busy with a phone call, was not at all bothered to take care of her SALESGIRL bahaviour.
Never want to visit the store again.
Request concerned authority to look into such type of action from their staff.

The behaviour of the employee was very rude and using very harsh words
I request you to take necessary actions on him for his rude behaviour and actions

Hi

I normally buy Medicine from Medplus. I was looking for one medicine and Medplus representative took the details and he assured me that he will get this in a weeks time and also he told not to buy from others. I was waiting and after one week he again requested for a one more week time. But after 2 - 3 weeks he told he cannot source this . He simply wasted my time. Kindly inform your distributors to give transferent feedback to the customer to avoid these kind of delays and this will lead to loosing your customers.
