It is my bad luck the day I took the decision to buy Mahindra Xylo E8 Fully loaded in 2009. with EXTENDED WARRANTY.
In spite of several complains neither company has done necessary changes in my vehicle nor company has replaced the vehicle.
This Xylo vehicle is waves if increase our speed from 80 kms per hr's speed.
I met with two accidents with this vehicle in which the reason was waving of the Vehicle.
Second time vehicle waved and crossed the dividing lane of high way and three tyres gone in that accident. Thank God for saving us.
Local dealer won't have proper staff who can take care of the proper after sales service and all.
Today I telephoned the dealer at 10.30 AM to take my Xylo for service, complete oil change,filters and all with front bumper sound n rear bumper tightening work.
Dealer sent Driver at 1pm and done work as they wished. Neither they did washing of the vehicle not they taken care of bumpers.
They wasted my whole day and claiming that we have not charged for the work we have not done.
Is it right if a dealer also works as a typical Baniya ki Shop !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
