Let alone their poor services, Clay Sim Cards have equally inappropriate and rude customer support team. While I was anyways facing a lot of issues with their voice calls in US, I was getting regular calls from their customer care for some random calls for updates on their plans and irrelevant stuff. I had to request them not to call cos as it is incoming is charged heavily in US plus with these jokers calling on regular intervals was shooting my bill. After this experience with them and clearing a bill of 25k I will never use Clay Sims for a place as basic as Singapore. Disappointment
