Very disappointed with the buying experience of this store!!

I wanted to purchase the new iPad and was in constant touch with them of the stock arriving and the pricing. When I did go to buy it today, the sales girl (Neetu) continuously asked me "Toh nikaal do na?, iss se kam nahi hoega, bill bana doo na?" I had to repeatedly say yes and even frustratedly but jokingly said "haa, likh ke doo kyan".

When she finally got it, I asked her if I could open it myself as I have an emotional attachment and like to unbox while taking pictures/videos (specially coz I was buying this for my mom and wanted to show her unboxing moments). When I started opening it, she immediately rushed and said "SIR paise pehle dene honge tabhi kholna".

I took out money from my pocket and started counting it but she went somewhere taking a call. I was excited and opened it and while I was clicking pictures, she rushed back, "Sir Paise?". This time I felt a little disrespected and I politely told her "Aap batamizee karrahe ho" while giving out the cash and she replies "Mind your language".

I was like "Excuse me, what inappropriate did I say?" And she kept on saying "Aap aisa kaise kah rehe ho, batameeze vigara?". Then the owner (Abhishek Mob No. ********00) came out and asked her employee whats going on, and without even asking me, to my shock announced "Yeh customer mujhe yahaa chahiye hi nahi. Inko maine kuch sale karna hi nahi hain, inka jo outstanding service hain poora karo aur jaane do". I still told him you should at least hear from me but he declined.

Guys, was I at any fault in here? Given that I have a history with them and have bought and got serviced a lot of my apple stuff from there, I've even gotten my friends purchased from there. I appreciate that they have given me discounts and pretty good service in the past, but this not how you treat a customer. Or I guess an individual customer doesn't matter to them as they mainly deal in the bulk orders for the enterprises.

I have great respect for Apple and hope its image doesn't get tarnished by the resellers. Hope they open up an Apple Store in India pretty soon!
