I am a regular traveller between Howrah (West Bengal) to Bhubaneswar and Berhampur(both are in Orissa). All the time I travel by Howrah-Puri Express or Chennai Mail. Usually I travel by AC First. If I do not get a ticket in AC First, due to business emergency I am compeled to travel by 2AC. All the time I travel by 2ND AC the bed rolls provided by the Indian Raiways are so dirty that it can not be used. This time also I was travelling by Chennai Mail to Berhampur vide PNR No:620-3496975 and the same dirty bedrolls are provided and no body is their to take the complain. The bed roll specifically the white bed sheets were having black shoe markes and the entire bed sheets were turned from white to brown. Suprisingly no body from the India Railways could see it. So I request the indian Railways to either stop this facility or else provide hygenic bed rolls to its passangers.
