I am Laxmanan Natarajan, purchased a Nokia mobile Phone(model : c3-01) on 22nd May 2011
at Sangeetha mobile stores with the following address.

With in two months of usage the outgoing audio quality went to poor. So I have given my mobile phone to the Nokia care (The authorized service centre for Nokia) on 1st october 2011, with the following address,

After the service, the actual problem which I have specified above was rectifed, but now the problem with that mobile was the incoming audio quality went to poor, also the service personnels damaged my mobile phone's key pad. So I Left my mobile with the same service center with the above address mentioned.
Any one can resolves this issue is much appreciated. And my mobile number is ********60.
