Hotels - Vehicles parked in the middle of the road

Hi,
Illegal small hotels are opened in 3rd main road, palace guttahalli which are creating problem with customers parking their vehicles on road.
Cars, scooters and bicycles are all parked in front of the road that is making commuting to the residences very difficult. Can you please put a No Parking board in front of the illegal hotels.
Complainant's Goal: Prevent parking of vehicles in front of the hotel
