I Booked my two wheeler make Bajaj Pulsar "RJ 08 SA 4952" from Ratnagiri.

The veh was booked for Calicut before 10 days.

But till now vehicle not loaded in railway.

Hence till now it is not reached to destination.


Since I am a marketing person, I require vehicle most urgetly.

Last time when I get late to get my vehicle from same railways station (Ratnagiri MH), i was charged about Rs.3000 for delay from my side.

If railways delayed the delivery, whether there is any system to send parcel with some deadlines OR to pay delay charges to customers for delay by Railways.

OR this is system is applicable to customers only, who get late to collect thier booked Parcels.

When called to Railway no for inquiry 02352228954. Saying always there is no space in Railway going to Calicut. & daily atleast 2 trains (means in days 20 trains) going to calicut.(Then also there is no space in Trains?????)

Whether the Parcel is getting intentionally delayed OR there is no any system.

If the Parcel booked, railways should provide space within max 2-3 days.
