This is regarding an order I placed on Dr. Piero Matteo of Piero Chemical Solutions for SSD Chemical Products worth Rs.42000/-. I paid online money to his Agent-Mr. Inato.V.Kiho (State Bank Of India Account,Dimapur Branch) on 23/08/2014. At the time of Order,I was told that this is the only amount I have to pay and the products will be delivered within the next day. However, next day he demanded that I pay Rs.27,000/- as courier charges for delivery to his Agent,otherwise the delivery will not happen and I need to pay the money for security purpose for the products. So I paid Rs.27,000/- to his Agent-Mr. Vito Kiba(Canara Bank Account-Imapur Branch). He committed immediate delivery. But,again the next day,he said that we need special legal document for delivery of chemical products and for that document I need to pay Rs.53,000/- towards legal form. As I needed the products,I paid the money in good faith to his Agent-Mr. Vito Kiba(Canara Bank Account,Imapur Branch). After all these payments, however as yet I have not received the products. Now, the company is again demanding extra money of Rs.26,000/- to be paid to his Agent. I have refused to pay this amount. At every step of this business transaction, they first tell me that I have to pay only one amount and the products will be delivered and then again they demand new money under one pretext or another. This has gone on since a week now, and yet again new demand for money. For an Order worth Rs.42,000/- I am paying double the money as tips to these Agents and yet no guarantee of the products delivery. I have lost all faith and trust on the Company and feel they are engaging in business malpractices. They should have cleared all the payment terms in the begining of the Order itself instead of demanding money in such unfair way. This has caused me tremendous financial loss and mental and emotional disturbance. They have also refused to cancel the Order and refund the money. I request urgent action to be taken on this complaint. I do not want to pay any extra money of Rs.26,000/- demanded now and want the products to be delivered immediately at my contact address, in professional manner. I have spoken to Dr. Piero Matteo regarding this and he has said that The amount of Rs.26,000/- needs to be paid as final amount and he will deliver the products. But as he has failed in his commitments earlier many times, I have no trust in the company any more. I request your assistance in solving this complaint at the earliest. This time the company should actually deliver the genuine products without any extra cost. Please help!!
