Lyca has the worst customer service ever! On a recent trip to Europe I used a pre-paid connection in which I added a value of 100 pounds which were not used as the connection didnâ€™t work. I was assured my money would be refunded but now it has been 8 months and the company is not giving my money! This fraud company is scamming poor and innocent people like us. Please do not use the connection from Lyca ever!
