I have order the below items of Procter & Gamble Home Products Limited.

Gillette TSG 96M55C129957649

Pantene Pro V 96M55C12********

Ariel 96M55C12********

Whisper 96M55C12********

Head & Shoulders 96M55C12********


The above products that I ordered on 8th march 2011 still not received

inspite of repeated reminder to them on 7 Apr '11 Mon, 28 Mar '11 by mail.

They acknowledge and send me reply from aashna@pgimprovinglife.com on Thu,

07 Apr'11 and on Mon, 28 Mar 2011 that " ordered products take at least 3-4

weeks to reach you ". When I check by logging into their website, product request

status shown as nil . From a well known consumer Co. like P & G I could'nt expect

this type of false commitment.
