I been availing artha options since 2008, I am highly diappointed with kind of promises given by the customer exe. Every appointment given to me is far from my residence. Me and my wife did plan to discontinue with the services as we had heard many complaints from the treating doctors that they were highly unproffessional. I had faced the same issue of their unproffessionalism. Every time I had availed artha's wellness options , most of the time they have new clinics on the list which is very far from our place and most of these clinics lack basic infrastructure. In hospitals like Sagar etc we were not informed about the registration fee, all the while Artha have been maintaining their stance informing that their customer would not have to pay anything for any checkup. There were numerous occasions where we have made them aware about these charges, but we never received any favourable response. Even this year we were totally against Artha health options considering the location given by them is way too far and services not at par. But we were coaxed by the customer exe that they were on the verge of affiliating with Fortis hospitals and all the services would be provide by them and we do not have to go far. Since we have been residing in banergatta we have many hospitals of well known repute. hence we decided to opt for Artha again. But again to my surprise they have been referring me to all clinics which are not at par. Basically we are quite frustated of the time lines given to us regarding affiliating with major hospital. Overall the company is hoax and have no consideration for people who believe in them. I would looking into the frequent lies by this company want full re-imbursement of my amount.
