My computer's monitor CRT tube has incurred a problem and only half of screen is working. Its reflecting bright light which is affecting eye sight. Somehow half screen is working and we are managing to do work due urgency of work.

We had contacted Dtd. 12.03.2011 the service people and they attended the problem. they promised to replace the monitor the very next day.

Today 17.03.2011 when I had called up to service centre the call attneder informed that only 2 engineers are there for service and they can not come for replacement of monitor as they are out of station.

Please help us come out of the problem.....
