My experience with Godrej Interio Kitchens has been extremely pathetic. I had placed an order for modular kitchens through Kumar Enterprise at Powai, Mumbai on 25th May 2012 and till date the delivery of the materials has not been done nor has the installation work been completed. 50% of the payment was done in May and the balance was done in July 2012. Inspite of making the full payment the sales has not been completed.
The payment was made in good faith as per the terms and conditions of the bill. However, the delivery of material within the promised period of 10 days was not done & it is pending till date.
Twice the material delivered was faulty and hence it was returned. The workmanship of the person who had come to do the installation was very poor & he drilled holes in all the walls of my kitchen without taking the proper measurements resulting in bad alignment of the cabinets. He had to re-do the work leaving holes exposed in the walls.
Inspite of several promises, Mr. Kumar who is the proprietor of the franchisee failed to turn up to inspect the half completed work and has not bothered to update me on when the material will be delivered and when the work is likely to get completed. Since he has received the full payment, he is least bothered about the completion of the work.
I would urge all to never spend thrice the amount assuming the Godrej brand will be good as the service has been abysmal and the service even worse.
