A person by name Anand running unregistered PG near veeresh theater vijaynagar,Bangalore – 40 above godrej showroom in the name of ss PG.when i moved here rent was 2500 and it should be paid in advance, recently twice he increased rent of 600 rupees(Now 3100 pm+500 maintenance for 6 months-no maintenance at all)and demanding 10,000 advance without giving basic facilities like drinking water+hot water + completely dark without power its like a cave(Power problem for continuous 3 days) and there is no legitimate documents will be given for this 10,000 payment .he mentally harasses tenants and when you say something he will start abusing his godrej workers . he will talk nonsense & gives illogical answers.If you will have a problem he is hardly bothered. he is not paying any TAX and daily torturing tenants by cutting power & water and stealing things from rooms.
Please consider this as a serious complaint and do something about it.
