I booked a two wheeler delivery service by Kuber Logistics on 18th Aug 2013 from Kolkata to Bangalore. Mr. Rudra Addya of Kuber Logistics promised me the delivery by 25th of Aug 2013. They charged me 5800 INR but gave me a receipt of only 5500 INR.
They real horror started after 25th Aug 2013. I called their office up and came to know that my shipment will be delivered on 27th Aug 2013. Eventually I got my shipment on 2nd Sep 2013. Even after calling the Kuber Logistics Kolkata office there was no response. They even stopped picking up my calls. The shipment included a two wheeler and a helmet. I received the two wheeler but I am yet to receive my helmet. They are not picking up my calls anymore.
Moreover they promised me a door to door delivery, whereas I have to go to Nelamangal,Bangalore from KR Puram railway station almost spending 700 INR to get it.
Sir, I had to undergo a lot of trauma and wasted a lot of money for them. Please take step against them so that they never do the same with other customers.
